Invading a country, capturing their people, sending them to Cuba and saying they now don’t have rights is a shame for all the western countries for accepting such a claim and for the US citizens for allowing their president to get away with it.
Ohh, and you forgot that Padilla is a US citizen, and last time I check he wasn’t protected by Habeas Corpus either. You cannot let your Government decide who has the right ….
